The Isa bag is a women's shoulder and crossbody bag handcrafted from soft genuine leather with a dollar grain. The main closure features a metal zip for practicality and security. It has an elegant genuine leather handle decorated with studs, comfortable to carry on the shoulder, and a removable golden chain strap for a versatile look.
It features a spacious internal compartment with two side pockets, as well as an external back pocket with a zipper, ideal for keeping everything within reach. The gold-colored metal accessories and the Parubi logo printed with hot stamping give it a distinctive and artisanal touch. A refined and functional accessory, perfect for any moment of the day. You can pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. A fixed fee of 3€ is charged for the service.

Shipping to Italy
Free shipping for orders over 89€.
For orders under 89€, the fixed cost is 4.99€ regardless of the number of items purchased.
Shipments are made with express courier BRT, GLS or UPS from Monday to Friday.
Delivery takes place within 48/72 working hours from the time of shipment.
Shipping is generally done the next working day after the order.
At the time of the order, the estimated delivery date will be indicated.
You will receive an email and an SMS with the link to track the shipment.
Cash on Delivery (Payment upon delivery) — Supplement +3€
If you choose Cash on Delivery, you pay in cash to the courier upon delivery. A fixed supplement of 3€ is charged for the management of the service, applied at checkout.

- Accepted methods: cash (checks are not accepted).
- Shipping: unchanged times (48/72h); the cash on delivery supplement is additional to the shipping cost.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
All international shipments include a tracking code.
Any duties or customs taxes for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Did you choose the wrong size or want to change an item? With Parubi you can make a size or item exchange at no additional cost, if you are in Italy.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Log in to My account and open the order you want to return.
- Select the option Request return (if available) and follow the steps.
- You will receive instructions via email and, if applicable, the return label/shipping label.
If you cannot access your account or do not see the return option, contact us via Contact indicating your order number and reason for return.
RETURNS FROM ITALY (PICKUP BY US)
- Prepare the product in the original box, well closed and protected.
- If requested, wait for pickup confirmation: a courier may come to the indicated address.
- Follow the instructions received via email to correctly complete the procedure.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD (AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE)
If you are outside Italy, the return is at the customer's expense. For organizational reasons, we will communicate the return address via email after receiving your request. Use a trackable shipping service.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE PACKAGE
Always include the order summary document received.
Attention: without this document, we cannot proceed with the refund or exchange.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN ACCEPTANCE
- The product must be new, never worn, complete with tags, box, and original accessories.
- The return must be requested within 30 days from delivery.
- The refund will be issued within 14 working days from receipt of the return, as per D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Right of Withdrawal).
RETURN COSTS
- Size/item exchange (Italy): free.
- Refund (Italy): handling fee of € 5.90 deducted from the refunded amount.
- Initial shipping costs and any cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Returns from abroad: shipping at the customer's expense.
