Terms and conditions of service
These Terms govern purchases made on parubistore.com. Before confirming your order, please read the pages dedicated to shipping, payments, returns, and privacy. The conditions applicable to the order are those available at the time of purchase; the consumer's non-derogable rights remain always intact.

2. Products, availability, and information
We present product features, prices, and availability clearly and updated. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. In exceptional cases, an overlap of orders or an inventory error may make an already ordered item unavailable: in such cases, we will contact the customer without delay and refund the undue amount.
3. Prices, taxes, and payments
Prices, currency, applicable taxes, discounts, and delivery costs are shown before order confirmation. The methods actually available depend on the country, currency, device, and order eligibility and are those displayed at checkout. For details, please refer to the Payments page.
4. Order and conclusion of the contract
Submitting the order constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when Parubi sends the order confirmation email. If after confirmation it emerges exceptionally that it is impossible to fulfill all or part of the order, Parubi will inform the customer without delay, refund the undue amount, and the further remedies provided by law remain intact. Any anti-fraud checks requiring additional information will be communicated promptly. The customer must provide us with correct data and report any errors as soon as possible.
5. Delivery
Served countries, rates, free thresholds, and indicative times are described on the Shipping page and summarized at checkout. The indicated times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs checks, or events not reasonably controllable. Tracking will be communicated when available. Any duties and taxes outside the EU remain the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise indicated at checkout. The agreed delivery terms and the remedies provided by law in case of delay or non-delivery remain firm.
6. Withdrawal, returns, and exchanges
The consumer can withdraw without stating the reason within 14 calendar days. The term is calculated from the day following the delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a third party designated by him, other than the carrier. In the case of multiple goods ordered with a single order and delivered separately, the counting begins the day after the delivery of the last good. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the deadline; the goods must then be returned within 14 days from the communication.
You can exercise the withdrawal also through the online function Withdraw from the contract here. After the summary, select Confirm withdrawal: you will receive without undue delay via email a receipt with the content of the declaration and the date and time of transmission. Other channels indicated on the Returns, exchanges, and refunds page are also available.
For a change of mind, the customer bears the direct cost of return. From Italy, they can use their own carrier without fees or choose, if available for their address, the optional Parubi label or pickup service at € 5.90, deducted only with express authorization. Outside Italy, we do not provide prepaid labels for change of mind. We do not apply handling, processing, or restocking fees.
In the legal withdrawal from the entire order, we refund the price, any standard initial delivery paid, and other payments received, including any cash on delivery; the difference for a more expensive delivery chosen by the customer is excluded. The refund occurs using the same payment method within 14 days from the communication, but it may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of shipment, if earlier.
Parubi voluntarily extends the return up to the 30th day from delivery. From the 15th to the 30th day, we refund the price of accepted items, but not the initial delivery; return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. All conditions, including proof of products, exceptions, partial returns, and the first free exchange in Italy, are explained on the Returns, exchanges, and refunds page.
7. Legal warranty of conformity
New goods sold to consumers are covered by the legal warranty provided for in Articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. Parubi is liable for conformity defects existing at delivery that manifest within 2 years. Unless proven otherwise and unless incompatible with the nature of the good or the defect, a defect manifested within one year is presumed to exist at delivery.
The consumer can initially request repair or replacement at no cost, unless impossible or disproportionately costly; in cases provided by law, they can obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract. For an incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming item, the necessary costs are borne by Parubi, even outside Italy. Contact us via Contacts or info@parubistore.com.
8. Account and use of the site
Account credentials are personal and must be kept secure. It is not allowed to use the site for illegal purposes, interfere with its operation, or violate third-party rights. Texts, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and software are protected by their respective intellectual property rights; normal personal use of the site is allowed, but not unauthorized reproduction or exploitation.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed according to the information available on the Privacy page. The data necessary for orders, assistance, returns, and warranties are used to execute the contract, fulfill legal obligations, and protect the rights of the parties.
10. Liability and non-derogable rights
Parubi takes reasonable measures to keep the site available and accurate, but does not guarantee the absolute absence of interruptions due to maintenance, networks, or events beyond its reasonable control. No clause excludes or limits liability or remedies when such exclusion is prohibited by law, nor limits the non-derogable rights of the consumer.
11. Applicable law and disputes
The Terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving the consumer of the non-derogable protections possibly recognized by the law of their habitual residence. For the consumer, the competent judge is the one in the place of residence or domicile in the cases provided by law. Before taking action, we invite you to contact customer service to seek a quick and friendly solution.
12. Modifications and applicable version
We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons. Changes apply to orders placed after publication and do not retroactively reduce already acquired rights. Updated version as of August 22, 2026.
