FREE SIZE OR ITEM EXCHANGE (ONLY IN ITALY)

Did you choose the wrong size or want to change the item? With PARUBI you can make a size or item exchange at no additional cost, if you are in Italy.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

• Log in to My account and open the order you want to return.
• Select the Request return option (if available) and follow the steps.
• You will receive instructions via email and, if applicable, the return label/shipping letter.

If you cannot access your account or do not see the return option, contact us via Contact indicating your order number and reason for return.

RETURNS FROM ITALY (PICKUP BY US)

• Prepare the product in the original box, well closed and protected.
• If requested, wait for the pickup confirmation: a courier may come to the indicated address.
• Follow the instructions received via email to complete the procedure correctly.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD (AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE)

If you are outside Italy, the return is at the customer's expense. For organizational reasons, we will communicate the return address via email after receiving your request. Use a trackable shipping service.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE PACKAGE

Always include the order summary document received.

Attention: without this document we cannot proceed with the refund or exchange.

RETURN ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

• The product must be new, never worn, complete with tags, box, and original accessories.
• The return must be requested within 30 days from delivery.
• The refund will be issued within 14 working days from receipt of the return, as per D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Right of Withdrawal).

RETURN COSTS

• Size/item exchange (Italy): free.
• Refund (Italy): handling fee of € 5.90 deducted from the refunded amount.
• Initial shipping costs and any cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Returns from abroad: shipping at the customer's expense.

Any active promotions or exceptions are indicated on the product sheets or during checkout.
