How to Measure Correctly

  • Foot: place your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure the distance.
  • Bust/Chest: measure horizontally at the widest point, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
  • Waist: measure at the narrowest point without tightening.
  • Hips: measure at the widest point of the hips.
  • Sleeve: from the base of the neck, along the shoulder, down to the wrist.
