How to Measure Correctly

Foot: place your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure the distance.
Bust/Chest: measure horizontally at the widest point, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
Waist: measure at the narrowest point without tightening.
Hips: measure at the widest point of the hips.
Sleeve: from the base of the neck, along the shoulder, down to the wrist.

Cash on delivery (Italy only)

Cash on delivery, when selectable at checkout, has a total cost of €7,99 for orders under €89,00 and €3,00 for orders of €89,00 or more. Payment must be made in cash to the courier. The amount shown at checkout always applies.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are handed over to a courier and the shipment can be tracked. The options actually available, the final cost and any estimated delivery times are always shown at checkout before payment.

Italy

Express: €4,99 for orders under €89,00; free for orders of €89,00 or more.
Cash on delivery: €7,99 for orders under €89,00; €3,00 for orders of €89,00 or more.

European Union

In the 26 EU countries currently enabled: Express €9,99; free for orders of €399,00 or more.

United Kingdom

Express €15,90; free for orders of €399,00 or more.

Switzerland

Express €16,90; free for orders of €399,00 or more.

United States and Australia

International shipping €39,90. Free shipping is not currently available for these destinations.

Tracking, customs and availability

When the courier takes charge of the parcel, you will receive the available tracking information. For shipments outside the European Union, any duties, import taxes and customs charges required in the destination country are payable by the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout. A destination can be served only if it can be selected at checkout.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Log in to My account and open the order you want to return.
Select the option Request return (if available) and follow the steps.
You will receive instructions via email and, if applicable, the return label/shipping label.

If you cannot access your account or do not see the return option, contact us via Contact indicating your order number and reason for return.

RETURNS FROM ITALY (PICKUP BY US)

Prepare the product in the original box, well closed and protected.
If requested, wait for pickup confirmation: a courier may come to the indicated address.
Follow the instructions received via email to correctly complete the procedure.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD (AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE)

If you are outside Italy, the return is at the customer's expense. For organizational reasons, we will communicate the return address via email after receiving your request. Use a trackable shipping service.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE PACKAGE

Always include the order summary document received.

Attention: without this document, we cannot proceed with the refund or exchange.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN ACCEPTANCE

The product must be new, never worn, complete with tags, box, and original accessories.
The return must be requested within 30 days from delivery.
The refund will be issued within 14 working days from receipt of the return, as per D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Right of Withdrawal).

RETURN COSTS

Size/item exchange (Italy): free.
Refund (Italy): handling fee of € 5.90 deducted from the refunded amount.
Initial shipping costs and any cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
Returns from abroad: shipping at the customer's expense.

Do I need to print the label?

In Italy, if applicable, we will send you the shipping label via email. For returns from abroad, use a trackable shipment.

Can I choose a store credit?

Yes, instead of a refund, you can request a voucher valid for 24 months (also divisible).
