At checkout, only the methods available for the country, currency, device, and order eligibility are displayed.

Cards and Shop Pay

Payments with accepted cards and, when available, with Shop Pay are processed through Shopify Payments. Parubi Store does not store complete card details. The bank may require additional verification, including 3D Secure authentication.

PayPal

When PayPal is available at checkout, you can pay by accessing your PayPal account or using the options provided directly by PayPal.

Klarna

Klarna is only shown in countries and for eligible orders. Availability, terms, and payment plan are determined by Klarna and displayed before confirmation.

Amazon Pay

When available, Amazon Pay allows you to use the payment details and addresses associated with your Amazon account.

Bank Transfer

After selecting bank transfer, you will receive an email with the payment details. The goods will be reserved pending the transfer.

The order will be shipped as soon as the payment is visible in our account. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Cash on Delivery (Italy only)

Cash on delivery, when selectable at checkout, incurs a total cost of €7.99 for orders under €89.00 and €3.00 for orders from €89.00. Payment must be made in cash to the courier. The amount shown at checkout is always authoritative.

Shipping and Deliveries

Orders are entrusted to a courier and shipping is tracked. The options actually available, the final cost, and any estimated times are always shown at checkout before payment.

Italy

• Express: €4.99 for orders under €89.00; free for orders from €89.00.
• Cash on Delivery: €7.99 for orders under €89.00; €3.00 for orders from €89.00.

European Union

In the 26 currently enabled EU countries: Express €9.99; free for orders from €399.00.

United Kingdom

Express €15.90; free for orders from €399.00.

Switzerland

Express €16.90; free for orders from €399.00.

United States and Australia

International shipping €39.90. Currently, there is no threshold for free shipping to these destinations.

Tracking, Customs, and Availability

When the courier takes charge of the package, you will receive the available tracking information. For shipments outside the European Union, any duties, import taxes, and customs charges required in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise indicated at checkout. A destination can only be served if it is selectable at checkout.

You have up to 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. The counting starts the day after delivery. The first 14 days correspond to the legal right of withdrawal, where applicable; from the 15th to the 30th day, Parubi offers a voluntary commercial extension. The mandatory protections more favorable provided by the applicable law to the consumer remain valid.

The online function first shows a summary. The withdrawal is transmitted only when you select “Confirm withdrawal”; you will receive an email without undue delay containing the declaration and the date and time of transmission.

• Withdrawal from Italy: you can ship with a carrier of your choice or, if available for your address, choose the optional Parubi return service for € 5.90.
• Withdrawal from abroad: choose and pay directly for the carrier; we do not provide international prepaid labels.
• First exchange in Italy: a request per order is free if sent within the 30th day and in compliance with the applicable conditions.
• Incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant item: the necessary costs are borne by Parubi, even outside Italy.

1. Legal right of withdrawal: first 14 days

If you purchase as a consumer, you can notify us of the withdrawal without stating the reason within 14 calendar days. The term is calculated from the day after the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier. In the case of multiple goods ordered with a single order and delivered separately, the counting starts the day after the delivery of the last good.

It is sufficient to transmit the declaration before the deadline. After notifying the withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. In countries where there is no equivalent legal right, Parubi contractually recognizes the same 14-day period, unless more favorable local conditions apply.

2. Parubi extension from the 15th to the 30th day

From the 15th to the 30th day after delivery, you can still request a return. The request must be sent within the 30th day and the package must be shipped within 14 days from the request. We refund the actual price paid for the accepted items; the initial delivery and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. This extension does not limit the rights provided by law.

You can use the same online function from the 15th to the 30th day as well: in that case, the declaration counts as a request for a commercial return and is subject to the conditions of this extension.

3. How to communicate the withdrawal

1. Use the function Withdraw from the contract here, check the summary and select Confirm withdrawal.
2. You can also open the order in your personal area or send an explicit declaration from the Contact page, indicating your name, order number, and the items concerned.
3. For a withdrawal, you do not need to provide a reason. For an incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant item, please refer to section 9.

The assistance instructions facilitate the return, but the validity of a legal declaration transmitted within the terms does not depend on our prior authorization.

4. Return and exchange costs

Refund for withdrawal from Italy

You can choose a reliable carrier and pay them directly, without any Parubi commission, or choose, if available for your address, the return service organized by Parubi, using a label or pickup according to the provided instructions, at a cost of € 5.90. The cost is deducted from the refund only if you expressly choose the service and authorize the deduction. We do not apply handling, processing, or restocking fees.

First exchange free in Italy

For orders delivered in Italy, we offer, if the request is sent within the 30th day calculated as indicated above, one free exchange request per order, provided that the items meet the applicable conditions for the relevant period and are available. It includes one return and one standard shipping of the replacement items: indicate in the same request everything you want to change. If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference to the original payment method. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Returns and exchanges from abroad

For a withdrawal outside Italy we do not provide an international prepaid label: the customer chooses the carrier and bears the direct cost of the return. In the case of an exchange, both the return and the new shipping costs are at the customer's expense, which will be communicated and accepted before shipping. These rules do not apply to incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant items.

5. How to ship the return

Use a reliable service, preferably trackable, and keep the receipt or another proof of shipment. Tracking is not a condition of the right of withdrawal, but proof of shipment may be necessary in case of loss or dispute.

Protect the product with suitable outer packaging and do not apply tape or labels directly to the original box. If available, include the order summary; alternatively, add a sheet with your name, order number, and email. The lack of the printed document alone does not invalidate the return.

Shipments from non-EU countries

Contact us before shipping to receive customs instructions. Declare “returned goods” with the actual value, attach a copy of the order or invoice, and choose a shipment without charges to the destination. Duties or taxes paid directly by the customer to customs or carriers are not amounts collected by Parubi; when possible, we provide the necessary documents to request a refund from the competent authority.

6. How to try and prepare the items

In the first 14 days

You can open and try an item as you would in a store, to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, fit, and functioning. We ask you to return it complete with accessories, components, tags, and original packaging, when present.

The legal right is not automatically lost if a tag is missing or the packaging has been opened. However, you are responsible for any decrease in value caused by use or handling exceeding what is necessary to examine the product. Any reduction will be objective, proportional to the value actually diminished, and justified.

From the 15th to the 30th day

The commercial extension is available for unworn items beyond normal trying, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, or signs of use, complete with accessories and with tags still attached. The original packaging, if it forms part of the product, must be present and intact. If these conditions are not met, we may not accept the commercial return; the mandatory rights of law remain intact.

If a commercial return cannot be accepted, we will communicate the reason and agree on the return of the item. The cost of the new shipping is at the customer's expense only when the refusal is due to non-compliance with the conditions indicated above; we do not withhold or dispose of items without agreement.

Exceptions

The withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by law, including custom-made or clearly personalized products and sealed goods delivered that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been opened after delivery. Any exclusion is clearly indicated before purchase and is interpreted restrictively.

7. How much and when we refund

Legal withdrawal within 14 days

• We refund the actual price paid for the returned items.
• If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the initial standard delivery paid and any other payments received for the order, including any cash on delivery cost. We do not refund the difference related to an express or more expensive delivery chosen by the customer.
• In partial returns, the initial delivery is not refunded if the same cost would have been applied to the retained items; we refund any portion no longer attributable to the retained items. We do not retroactively charge for a shipment that was free in the original order.

The refund is executed without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Unless we have offered pickup, we may wait until receipt of the return or until proof of its shipment, if earlier.

Commercial return from the 15th to the 30th day

We refund the actual price paid for the accepted items within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return; the verification is carried out without undue delay. The initial delivery is not refunded. If you have chosen the optional return service from Italy, we deduct the authorized € 5.90.

Optional purchase voucher

As an alternative to the refund to the original payment method, you can expressly choose a purchase voucher valid for 24 months and usable in multiple orders. The voucher is never imposed and the choice does not incur costs.

8. Exchanges

The exchange depends on availability at the time of processing. If the requested item is not available, we offer an alternative, the due refund, or, only if you prefer, a purchase voucher. The exchange of an incorrect or non-compliant item is always managed at no cost and does not use the free commercial exchange provided for Italy.

9. Incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant item

An incorrect product, damaged during delivery, or not compliant with the description is not a simple withdrawal return. Contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page or write to info@parubistore.com, indicating the order number and the issue. Clear photos can speed up verification, but do not replace or limit legal rights.

New goods are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from delivery. Initially, you can request, at your choice, repair or replacement at no cost, unless impossible or disproportionately costly. In cases provided by law, you can obtain a proportional reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.

The necessary costs for the return and restoration of conformity are borne by Parubi: the € 5.90 or other return costs do not apply. In Italy, we provide a label or organize the pickup. Outside Italy, if we cannot issue a label, we agree on the carrier and cost beforehand and refund the reasonable and documented expense; if you cannot contact us beforehand, use a reasonable standard service and keep the receipt.
